Call for Paper International Journal of Visual and Performing Arts

The International Journal of Visual and Performing Arts draws on contributions from academics and practitioner-researchers at the interface of the new visual and performing arts. It acts as a forum for critical study, the innovative practice of the arts in the latest technological developments, and creative pedagogy, addressing themes that may be domain-specific (e.g., dance, music, visual arts) or lie at the convergence of two or more disciplines.

The editor's policy has chosen to allow artistic research pieces from all fields as of Volume 5 No. 1 (2023). In addition to serving as a meeting place for various artistic research practises and methodologies from various artistic fields, this is done since there are more artistic researchers throughout the world.

The journal encourages rigorous, substantial, and original research on any topic relating to the visual and performing arts or artistic research practices, inside or between disciplines. This promotes interdisciplinary discussion and interaction in a variety of contexts, including how technology might function as a medium for artistic expression.

Forthcoming publication schedules that are still open for submission are

Vol 6. No. 1 and 2, Published in June and December 2024, and Other forthcoming issues.

Before submission,

You have to make sure that your paper is prepared using the Viperarts Template and Carefully read the submission guidelines.
