International Journal of Education and Learning (IJELE) is seeking eminent academic professionals who are willing to serve, if elected, voluntarily in the position of Advisory Board Member / Associate Editor/ Reviewer.

If you are researcher/academician in the same area as the journal, IJELE invites you to join its Editorial Board. Editorial Board Members will have a strategic role in assessing and guiding the current and future goals of the journal.

Basic Requirements

  1. The applicant must hold a Ph.D. degree (ongoing) or above in the same area as the journal.
  2. The applicant must demonstrate prior experience as a peer reviewer and author in the same area as the journal.
  3. The applicants must be able to use Open Journal System (OJS) in carrying out their duties.
  4. The applicant must be proficient in the English language.

  2. Reviewers who consistently exhibit excellent reviews and respond promptly to the editorial requests are considered for invitation to the Editorial Board.

  4. You will come across the latest research before anyone else and gives you a position of leadership in your research community.
  5. Free of publication administration fees
Responsibilities
  1. The main duties will be to review manuscripts on time.
  2. The reviewer can be asked to review the manuscript up to four times a year and more if there are many papers submitted
  3. The responsibility of reviewers is to evaluate the quality, relevance, and merit of submitted papers. Comments should be as complete and detailed as possible and contains clear opinions about strengths, weaknesses, relevance, and importance to the field.
  4. We are advising the editor on matters of journal development.
Agreement

  1. The acceptance of the following terms and conditions confirms your appointment as a member of the editorial board or reviewer:

  • The membership term is for two years, with the possibility of reappointment.
  • Members are expected to stay active and willing to complete the tasks assigned to them on time.
  • Members are expected to observe publication ethics and malpractice policies of the journal, which may change from time to time for the improvement in the quality of the journal.
  • Agree to be released as a reviewer after two refusals to review, two failures to review, or three late reviews.
Termination

It is expected that you will complete the term as stated. This agreement may be terminated at any time based on the following conditions:

  1. Lack of mutual understanding of common aspects as per the policies of the journal.
  2. Repetitive unsatisfactory performance of the assigned work.
